Palmetto Woodturners will be holding an open workshop for the March, 2020 president's challenge. The challenge involves creating turned wineglass stemware. Friday's class is open to all members. Some wine glasses will be available but attendees should bring their own if they want a martini glass, champagne flute, parfait glass or other stemware. Attendees will practice cutting the glass and then turning the stem to fit the glassware.
Saturday's demonstration will be a demonstration of the process with a display of completed class work.
